Promotions Official Rules

These Official Rules govern two separate promotions run by Fainting Goat Trucks LLC ("Sponsor") in support of the Cars Helping Kids charitable vehicle raffle: (A) the Top-Sharer Contest (a skill/performance contest) and (B) the Share Sweepstakes (a random-draw sweepstakes with a free method of entry). Both promotions are run, funded, and administered by the Sponsor and are separate from the raffle — they are not part of the raffle, do not award raffle entries, and do not change anyone's odds in the raffle.

Last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE — FILL] · Sponsor: Fainting Goat Trucks LLC, 462 Memory Lane, Ste 120, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Plain-English summary. The raffle (win the truck or cash) is a separately-licensed charitable raffle run by Fainting Goat Foundation — see the Raffle Official Rules. The two promotions below are run by Fainting Goat Trucks LLC, a for-profit sponsor, out of its own funds — not out of raffle proceeds. Sharing never buys you raffle entries and never changes raffle odds. You never have to pay anything to enter the Sweepstakes.

A · The Top-Sharer Contest

A skill / sales-performance contest. This is NOT a sweepstakes and NOT a lottery — winners are determined by measurable performance, not chance.

1. Sponsor

The Top-Sharer Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored, funded, and administered solely by Fainting Goat Trucks LLC ("Sponsor"), 462 Memory Lane, Ste 120, Dawsonville, GA 30534. The Contest is not conducted, funded, or administered by Fainting Goat Foundation Co, Inc. or out of any raffle proceeds. Sponsor is solely responsible for the Contest and its prizes.

2. No chance; not a raffle entry; ranked by real visitors

The Contest winner is the eligible participant whose unique link drives the greatest number of distinct, verified real visitors (real people) to the Cars Helping Kids raffle during the Contest Period (ties broken by earliest sign-up). Standings are based on advertising effort — the real people you send — NOT on raffle ticket purchases, and NOT on raw clicks. Because the outcome turns on measurable effort and not chance, this is a skill contest. Participating in or winning the Contest does not award any raffle entries and does not change any person's chances in the raffle. The leaderboard and prize are hosted and run by the Sponsor at fgtrucks.com/share.

3. Contest Period & condition to award

Begins [START — FILL] and ends [END — FILL] (the "Contest Period"). The prize is awarded after the Cars Helping Kids raffle completes. Because that raffle is contingent (see the Raffle Official Rules), if the raffle does not reach its minimum and is canceled, no Contest prize is awarded. If the raffle proceeds to a drawing, Sponsor awards the prize to the eligible participant who drove the most verified real visitors during the Contest Period.

4. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 or older at sign-up. Void where prohibited.
  • Employees, owners, officers, directors, and immediate-family/same-household members of Fainting Goat Trucks LLC and of Fainting Goat Foundation Co, Inc. are not eligible to win.
  • One Contest account per person. Operating multiple accounts to inflate standings is grounds for disqualification.

5. How to participate

Claim a free personal link at fgtrucks.com/share by submitting your name and email. Share your link. Each unique real person who opens the raffle through your link counts once toward your standing. There is no cost to participate, and you never have to buy anything.

6. Prize

One prize — an e-bike (approximate retail value ~$[VALUE — FILL, e.g. 1,200]) — to the eligible participant who drove the most verified real visitors at the end of the Contest Period (winner-take-all). Provided by Sponsor (Fainting Goat Trucks LLC). No cash alternative.

7. Anti-fraud / verification

Standings count distinct real visitors only. A visit counts at most once per device (cookie) and is capped per network/IP; raw clicks, bot/automated traffic, repeat visits, self-visits, and headless/non-browser requests do not count. Sponsor reviews standings for manipulation and may disqualify any participant for bot traffic, fake visits, or self-dealing in its reasonable discretion.

8. Endorsement / disclosure (FTC)

If you promote the raffle or this Contest on social media, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may win a prize for doing so. Including the word "Contest" in your post or hashtag (e.g., #CarsHelpingKidsContest) is sufficient; a brand-name-only hashtag is not. This complies with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. § 255.5).

9. Taxes

The prize is taxable at its fair-market value. Because the e-bike's value is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the prize's fair-market value and will apply backup withholding if the winner fails to provide a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (Form W-9). Winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize. [Confirm exact form/threshold with Sponsor's tax advisor.]

10. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted at the email provided within 7 business days after the Contest Period ends and must respond and provide a completed IRS Form W-9 within 14 days to be paid. Unclaimed prizes may be awarded to the next eligible participant.

B · The Share Sweepstakes

RESERVED — not currently running. Only the Top-Sharer Contest (Section A) is live right now. These terms are kept on file in case a free-entry sweepstakes is added later. A random-draw sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Buying a raffle ticket does not enter you in this Sweepstakes and does not give you any advantage in it. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The Share Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored, funded, and administered solely by Fainting Goat Trucks LLC ("Sponsor"), 462 Memory Lane, Ste 120, Dawsonville, GA 30534. The Sweepstakes is not conducted or funded by Fainting Goat Foundation Co, Inc. or out of raffle proceeds, and is separate from the raffle.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Employees, owners, officers, directors, and immediate-family/same-household members of Fainting Goat Trucks LLC and of Fainting Goat Foundation Co, Inc. are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins [START — FILL] at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends [END — FILL] at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter — two free methods, equal chance

(a) Online (free): During the Sweepstakes Period, submit your name and a valid email address at carshelpingkids.org/raffle/share. No purchase is required and none will improve your odds.

(b) Mail (free Alternate Method of Entry / AMOE): Hand-print your full name, complete address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3"×5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope to: CHK Share Sweepstakes, Fainting Goat Trucks LLC, 462 Memory Lane, Ste 120, Dawsonville, GA 30534. Each mailed entry must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within 5 business days of the end date. One entry per outer envelope; mechanically reproduced entries are void.

Limit: one (1) entry per person per day across all methods, regardless of method of entry. All entries — online and mail — have an equal chance of winning. Buying a raffle ticket is not a method of entry and confers no advantage.

5. Prize & approximate retail value (ARV)

One prize — $500 cash (approximate retail value $500). Total ARV of all prizes: $500, kept under $5,000 so no state registration or bonding is required. Paid by Sponsor from its own funds. No substitution or transfer except by Sponsor.

6. Winner selection & odds

One winner per prize will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about [DRAW DATE — FILL]. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing is conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

7. Winner notification & claim

The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing and must respond within 10 days, sign an Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability & Publicity Release (where lawful), and provide an IRS Form W-9. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim, or fails to return required documents within the stated time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

8. Taxes

The prize is taxable to the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner paid $600 or more in a calendar year and will apply backup withholding if required. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. [Confirm exact reporting with Sponsor's tax advisor.]

9. No platform sponsorship (Meta / social media)

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, X, WhatsApp, or any other social-media platform. By entering, you understand you are providing your information to Fainting Goat Trucks LLC, not to any social platform, and you release each such platform from any liability. You are not required to share, post, tag, like, or repost anything on any social platform to enter or win.

10. Disclosure (FTC)

Anyone who promotes this Sweepstakes in exchange for the chance of a prize must clearly disclose that material connection — e.g., include #Sweepstakes or #CarsHelpingKidsSweepstakes in the post (16 C.F.R. § 255.5).

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and city for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor, Fainting Goat Foundation Co, Inc., and their respective officers, members, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation, the award, or use of any prize. Entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, fraudulent, or generated by bot/script are void.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Sweepstakes rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hall County or Dawson County, Georgia.

14. Winners list

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above within 60 days after the drawing, or visit carshelpingkids.org/raffle/share.

Draft for counsel review. These Official Rules were prepared to maximize compliance with U.S. promotion law, the FTC Endorsement Guides, Meta's promotion guidelines, and Georgia law, and are intentionally structured to keep both promotions separate from and independent of the licensed charitable raffle. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed and approved by Georgia counsel (e.g., Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta) — and the bracketed [FILL] items completed — before launch.
