Cars Helping Kids — car donations first
Whether the request starts on this website or inside an AI conversation, it enters the same Cars Helping Kids review process. Cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, RVs, boats, trailers, non-running vehicles, and damaged vehicles can be reviewed case by case. Pickup is offered at no charge for accepted donations when a safe, available service route is confirmed.

What the donor must authorize
Before an agent submits personal or vehicle details, the donor must review the exact information and explicitly confirm all of the following:
- The donor is at least 18 and owns the vehicle or is legally authorized to dispose of it.
- The contact, vehicle, title, lien, condition, and pickup facts are accurate to the best of the donor's knowledge.
- The donor accepts the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Cars Helping Kids may contact the donor by phone, text, or email about the donation request.
Open agent access
The production gateway uses Model Context Protocol over Streamable HTTP and also publishes a platform-neutral OpenAPI contract. Read tools are public. The write tool is additive, requires explicit donor authorization in its validated input, and uses an idempotency key so safe retries do not create extra donor leads.

Privacy when an AI assistant is involved
Your selected assistant provider may process the conversation under its own terms before it sends anything to Cars Helping Kids. Share only what is needed for the donation request, review the final details, and do not include highly sensitive documents or account credentials. Cars Helping Kids stores the submitted request in its existing Cloudflare intake ledger and handles it under our Privacy Policy.
